QUESTION SENT 18TH APRIL 2013

"Good afternoon,

Can you explain to me why the contract to upgrade the bus station was awarded to a company that has 3 directors that are councilors.

One being Jeff Reid and another Grant Davey.

Surely, this is a conflict of interest? Was this a tendering process and how many other companies put in bids.

I look forward to your reply.

Gary Compton."
